Ronald Foyle

On guard beneath the Victoria Tower is the custodian, Ronald Foyle. Parliamentary custodians supplement the security of the Palace of Westminster; they were formed in 1932 following the Geddes Parliamentary Report which drastically cut the number of regular police assigned to Parliament
