The Four Just Men by Edgar Wallace. This poster by theatrical artist Albert Morrow advertises Wallaces detective thriller of 1905. The eponymous "Just Men" - four wealthy gentleman vigilantes (including a European prince) who punish wrongdoers who are beyond the reach of the law - appear in several sequels. He had to create his own publishing company, Tallis, to publish it and decided to manage a guess the murder method competition in the Daily Mail Date: circa 1905
