Scene in the Dispensary of Napsbury War Hospital, which operated during the First World War at the Middlesex County Lunatic Asylum, originally opened in 1905 on Shenley Lane, London Colney, near St. Albans, Hertfordshire. The site later became Napsbury Mental Hospital and then Napsbury Hospital.
