New Zealand Prime Minister - Rt. Hon. Richard John Seddon P.C. (1845 - 1906) - a memorial card published on his death. Sometimes known as 'King Dick'. This photograph was taken at the meeting between the Seddon, and the Maori 'King' Mahuta, with the Chiefs of the Waikato Tribe, at Waahi Huntly on 4th April, 1898 where issues on land ownership were discussed.
