It was moved to the West Front of the Capitol in 1831 (and moved to the US Naval Academy in 1860). The drawing also shows the wooden fence that first delineated the Capitol grounds. Patriotic quotation from a speech delivered at the Italian Capitol on June 2nd, 1915 (as Italy entered WW1) by Antonio Salandra (18531931) - a conservative Italian politician who served as the 33rd Prime Minister of Italy between 1914 and 1916. He ensured the entry of Italy in World War I on the side of the Triple Entente. Date: 1915
