Sir Leary Constantine with boy scout
Sir Leary Constantine, the former West Indies cricketer, shaking hands with Robert Todd (age 15), of the 6th Wallington Scout Group, UK. He is handing over an envelope bearing the new Bahamas stamps commemorating the Diamond Jubilee of World Scouting. The envelope would later be put in a bottle and dropped from Chelsea Bridge in London. The plan was for someone to find the bottle and post the envelope on to the Bahamas. Date: 1967
