Frank Brangwyn
Sir Frank William Brangwyn RA RWS RBA (12 May 1867 11 June 1956), Anglo-Welsh artist, painter, water colourist, virtuoso engraver and illustrator, and progressive designer. Pictured in The Tatler at the time he had been presented with a magnificent Sevres vase by the French Ministry of Fine Arts in recognition of his gift to the French nation of a complete set of his etchings.
