The spot at which the motor car of Miss Violet Gordon Charlesworth(b.1884) was alleged to have struck the wall, over which she was said to have been thrown into the sea below at Penmaenbach near Llandudno. Having faked her own death in this way to escape her creditors, she was later discovered alive and well, and sentenced to hard labour. Date: 1909

Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
