I believe it is now my turn!. An original watercolour depicting Enver Pasha (1881-1922), pro-German, pan-Turkist revolutionary. A member of the Committee of Union and Progress (CUP) ( Young Turk ) military reform movement which restored the 1876 Consitution in 1908 and deposed Sultan Abdulhamid II the following year, Enver was military attach in Berlin before leading a radical coup in Albania in 1913. One of the ruling triumvirate in the ensuing CUP dictatorship, he led the recapture of Edirne in 1913, before involving Turkey in WWI"
