Dunkirk, France. The Leughenaer Tower is an octagonal tower 30 meters high in the centre of Dunkirk. Built in 1450, this tower is the oldest monument in the city. It was built by Jacques Desfontaines, overlooking the port. The image is of the harbour filled with small sailing boats.
