Drifting derelict warship, Richelieu, by G. H. Davis
The drifting of the derelict French warship, Richelieu. While being towed from Toulon to Rotterdam, the ship broke loose from her tugs at Brest, and drifted around the English Channel and the Scillies, causing a danger to other ships. The ship was eventually secured by the Dreadnought cruiser, Inflexible, during a violent gale. She was later towed away by two tugs in the direction of Holland, where she was broken up.
