A Country Mouse by Arthur Law
A Country Mouse by Arthur Law. First produced at the Theatre Royal in Worthing on 24th February 1902 and the Prince of Wales Theatre on 27th February 1902. The title is ironic. Angela Muir has come up to London from the country, but is not an innocent. Here she sits in the armchair saying to Lady Bowlby (caption) Oh! What a Wicked Woman She Must Be. The artist is Albert Morrow (26 April 1863 - 26 October 1927). Date: 1902
