Troops of the Australian Mounted Division, together with Indian soldiers, at Jisr Benat Yakub (the Bridge of the Daughters of Jacob), south of Lake Huleh (Hula), on the advance to Damascus during the First World War. The bridge had been damaged by the enemy and had to be repaired before they could continue. Date: circa 27 September 1918
