Alan Clark as a little boy
Alan Kenneth McKenzie Clark (1928 - 1999), British conservative politician and diarist, pictured as a little boy in The Sketch magazine. He was the elder son of Mr Kenneth McKenzie Clark, Director of the National Gallery (who was also featured in the magazine at the same time alongside Alans younger twin brother and sister, Colin and Collette). Clark, and outspoken and irreverent M.P, is best known for his diaries, a candid account charting his experiences of political life under Margaret Thatcher. Date: 1934
