Clare Sheridan (born as Clare Consuelo Frewen; also known as Clare Consuelo Sheridan) (9 September 1885 - 31 May 1970), English sculptress, traveller and writer, pictured on the front cover of The Tatler, in a Blood and Blackfoot Indian headdress, after she had lived among the tribe in the summer of 1937 for a new book she was working on called Redskin Interlude, a companion to a previous book, Arab Interlude. Date: 1937
