Bench 30 at Abadan
Abadan is a city on Abadan Island in the Khuzestan province in southwestern Iran, close to the border with Iraq. Rich oil fields were discovered in the area in the early 20th century. The Anglo-Persian Oil Company built their first pipeline terminus oil refinery in Abadan, in 1909, which had become the largest in the world by 1938. The whole site was destroyed during fighting in the Iran/Iraq war in 1980. This building is labelled as Bench 30 at Abadan
