The Palace of Justice in Vienna, Austria set on fire on July 15th 1927 during the Austrian July Revolt, which broke out following the acquittal of several nationalist paramilitaries who, during an armed conflict with Social Democratic Schutzbund members in Schattendorf, had shot a disabled World War I veteran and an eight-year-old child.
